## CrowdSec analysis

[CVE-2025-32815](https://euvd.enisa.europa.eu/vulnerability/CVE-2025-32815) is an authentication bypass vulnerability in Infoblox NETMRI versions prior to 7.6.1, allows attackers to exploit hardcoded credentials to gain unauthorized access. Such a flaw could enable threat actors to bypass normal authentication mechanisms, potentially leading to full system compromise or unauthorized manipulation of network management functions.

CrowdSec has been tracking this vulnerability and its exploits since 16th of July 2025.

According to CrowdSec data, while opportunistic exploitation dominates, a portion of threat actors trying to exploit CVE-2025-32815 apply basic targeting methods such as port or service detection. This indicates emerging patterns of selective targeting.
Additionally, according to week-over-week analysis by CrowdSec, exploitation of CVE-2025-32815 is surging. Attack volumes are spiking well above historical norms, indicating widespread and escalating interest from threat actors. CVE-2025-32815 is currently experiencing high visibility and active exploitation across the internet.

Attackers exploit authentication bypass by sending crafted requests to `/netmri/common/SetRawCookie.tdf` with hardcoded credentials, or attempt to access sensitive files like `/etc/shadow` via `/visual/ViewerFileServlet`.
